Privacy policy
rob.ceo collects as little as a website can. There is no email list, no form that stores what you type, no account and no advertising. This page says exactly what does happen when you visit, and when you book a call.
Who is responsible
rob.ceo is Rob Brautigam's personal website, run by Brautigam, Inc. That is who "we" means on this page.
When you visit
The site is hosted on Railway. Like every web host, Railway's servers record standard request details for each page served, such as the IP address, the browser, the page asked for and the time, so the site can run and be kept secure. Those records are held by the host under its own retention rules and are not used to identify or follow you.
The site runs no analytics script today: no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. If that ever changes, this page will name the tool before it goes live.
If you switch the theme between light and dark, your choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the next page opens the same way. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.
When you book a call
The booking buttons open Cal.com, a scheduling service. What you enter there, usually your name, your email address and a note about what you want to talk about, is collected by Cal.com and shared with Rob so he can hold the call and prepare for it.
Rob uses those details for that conversation and any follow-up you ask for. They are never sold, never shared with anyone else for their marketing, and never added to a mailing list.
Cal.com handles the booking under its own privacy policy.
Links to other sites
Links to LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Rob's companies and other sources take you to sites with their own privacy policies; this page covers rob.ceo only.
Your choices
You can ask what Rob holds about you from a booking, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done. Because the site keeps no email list and publishes no email address, the way to ask is a message on LinkedIn or X.
The site is not meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything about them.
Changes
When the site changes what it collects, this page changes first, and the date at the top moves.
